Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: It takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Q: What inks are you using for printing apparel?

A: Our apparel is created with the latest in garment printing technology. In addition, our inks are water based and eco-friendly. This makes the feel much softer than traditional screen printed shirts, but just as durable.
We’re using CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act) compliant inks, which are required when printing on children’s wear 12 and below.

Q: Do you do custom design work?

Q: How much does a custom design cost?

A: It depends. There are many factors that go into the cost of a custom design, such as the detail of the design, number of colors in the design, the specific item you choose to print on, the volume of the order, etc. Please email snappyclothing2016@gmail.com with the details of your request, and we will happily provide a price quote for you!

Q: What is your exchange/return/refund policy?

A: You may email your request for an exchange, return, and/or refund to snappyclothing2016@gmail.com. We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for face masks, size exchanges, or buyer’s remorse. Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 3 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 3 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
